Our school readiness program is designed to give every child the skills, confidence, and sense of self they need to move from our care into the classroom and thrive from day one.
Building the Skills that Matter Most
Our program supports children’s development across the key areas that set them up for school success such as socio-emotional development, self-help skills, literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning. Educators take an individualised approach, meeting each child where they are and intentionally building on their strengths as part of our early childhood development curriculum.
Confidence, Connection, and a Smooth Transition
Starting school is as much about relationships as it is about readiness. Our educators focus on helping children build positive connections with their peers, develop a strong sense of self, and feel genuinely confident moving from one learning context to another. When children feel secure in who they are and where they belong, transitions become opportunities rather than challenges.
Whether your little one is six weeks old or five years old, whether you’re brand new to Karratha or you’ve been here for years, there’s a place for your family at Karratha Early Learning.
